Every time I go to Owens Automotive to have my car serviced I’m impressed by the professionalism and customer service I experience. Recently due to a family member passing I needed to get my car’s oil changed and head out of town early that morning. I advised Ben about my situation and he said no problem. He put me in the shop and I was out and on the road out of town in short order. Best mechanic in Oakland. Reasonable prices. Good work. They are super busy so you may not be able to get your car/truck in on any old day. You will need to schedule it, but that just shows the locals trust him. Donnie is a good guy, and has never lied to me and his work is reliable. If you ever get bad service from one of his guys and you mention it to him, he deals with it. That is a sign of a honest business owner in my books.
